Lifts ("the App") is a fitness tracking application developed by Bad Ivy (ABN 58 108 337 466) ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data to external servers. All your workout data, settings, and preferences remain entirely on your device.

If you have iCloud enabled for the App, your data may sync across your Apple devices through Apple's iCloud service. This sync is handled entirely by Apple's infrastructure and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
The App syncs workout data between your iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple's secure local communication protocols (WatchConnectivity and HealthKit). This sync happens directly between your devices without passing through any external servers.
The App may send local notifications (e.g., rest timer alerts). These notifications are generated entirely on your device and do not involve any external servers. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.
The App displays workout information on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island using Apple's Live Activity feature. This information is displayed locally on your device and is not transmitted externally.
